1. First things first start drinking more water..
Drinking water flushes out your toxins and for some people gives a radiant glow. This new level of water intake will hydrate you skin cells and create a fresh canvas.
2. Create a routine you can stick to...
- Wash your face daily
- Exfoliate 3 times a week
- Moisturise daily
- Use a cace mask once a week (We're not talking fancy dress..)
With a tonne of beauty products out there. It could be a nightmare choosing the best one for you and your skin type. So why not start with some DIY home products.
1. Cleanser - Honey and Lemon
Combine 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Warm it between your fingers, then smooth a thin layer onto your face and neck. Leave the mixture on until it's dry, then rinse with warm water
2. Exfoliator - Sugar and Honey
Combine 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of Honey. Warm it between your fingers, and apply to face I'm small circular motions. Leave for 2mins then rinse with warm water.
3. Mask- Avocado
Make into a paste and leave on your face for 20mins
4. Toner- Lemon. (Add water to reduce strength)
Squeeze juice unto cotton pad and apply to face avoiding the eyes.
